An Apostolic Alignment of Allies for the Millennial Age

God is breathing something of covenant on this age. We have developed differently than generations before us partly because much was given to us and we heavily rely on social media for relationships. Now is a time when God is breathing on relationships that have been sovereignly placed into your life. You must see who God has put in your life to grow with and who you will see the kingdom of God advance with.

I had a vision three years ago. I saw seasoned leaders with large reputations and big anointing standing in a circle holding hands. Each leader had someone of the millennial age sitting on their shoulders and they were also holding hands. There was a commitment to the future being made by the younger generations to partner with each other against all odds while honoring and working with the elders.

My young family is preparing to go back to Israel after 7 years of living. I was 30 when we first moved to Israel, my husband younger than that and my daughter was eighteen months old. We were so excited at the end of 2010 to take on such an adventure. I was naive. I had no idea that conflict with enemy territory and rumors of war would become part of our life. I didn’t know that I would react in some of the ways that I did. I had no idea that rockets launched from Gaza would cause my windows to rattle and that I would began to loose my mind and become completely emotionally unwound to the point that I would eventually have no bottom. I didn’t know that other nations would help terrorist in Gaza smuggle rockets the size of telephone polls over the border and fire them at all the major cities in Israel. I had no Idea that two of these rockets would one day blow up directly over our home in Jerusalem!

I had no Idea that someone could live in such a state of war but at the same time be so committed to it. I didn’t know that even after everything that we’ve been through in Israel that even after 7 years we would still wants to be there. I didn’t know that I would one day call Jerusalem home. I never thought that I would say that it’s the most romantic city on earth.   I’m still surprised that even with all of the comforts that I can choose to have in Texas that I keep choosing Jerusalem. For all of us this means that we must submit to our individual callings regardless of what our obstacles and discomforts might be!

Over the past several months we thought we were done. We weren’t sure that we would go back to Israel again. Then, one morning all of the sudden the desire began to grow in our family to go back. Our home church, Glory of Zion Ministries agreed, prayed for us and prepared to send us back. Justin Rana who has grown up in the church, leads media and worship felt impressed by the Lord to call our generation to rally around us, send us out. They prophesied over us and committed to pray for us. The vision that I shared above is coming to pass.   The millennial generation has come to maturity and will now produce a fruitful harvest!

God is releasing a new call over our generation that we are excited to be a part of and we look forward to seeing it mature in this season. I believe that key relationships are strengthening in a way to define covenant as God has ordained it in our time.

At the Passover conference at Glory of Zion in April, I saw very clearly that circumstances would not become easy strait away after Passover. I saw that God would be cutting many things out of the body over the fifty-day period as we pressed toward Pentecost. We are almost there. In just two weeks you will have stepped into to a whole new glory!

FEAST OF TABERNACLES: A CALL TO INENTIONAL COMMUNION

Dear Friends,

Over the past week the Lord has stirred my desire to set aside a very special time for family, friends, and the Lord. Most of us forget the relational nature of God as we move through life in our busy routine. One of God’s greatest desires from us as His children is that we have a close relationship with Him as our Father. He desires to see us interacting with one another with great intent. Just as God passionately seeks out relationship with us, Sukkot is a time set aside to renew close relationships with those God has placed in our lives.

Our family has been so busy here in Jerusalem over the past few months! As we slow down for the holidays, God has reminded me how important it is to take joy in the time he has given us. Relationships, whether it be family, friends, or the body of Messiah at large are a melody in God’s heart. This gives Him pleasure as he watched us make time for each other in His presence.

Sukkot in Jerusalem Today

A few days ago everyone began pouring into Jerusalem for Rosh Hashanah (The Jewish New Year) Now, as we write to you the sun has set and the highest holy day of the year (Yom Kippur) is fully upon us.   After the fast is complete all of our friends and neighbors from around Israel will begin to build their Sukkahs. This is to be a temporary dwelling reminding us of God’s goodness and His presence in the wilderness.

In Israel Sukkot is a very relational holiday. Each meal is to be eaten in the Sukkah and many even sleep in the sukkah. This is a really fun highlight for children. The streets of Jerusalem are beautifully adorned with sukkahs even at every restaurant. There is no more festive of a time to be in the land! You will often hear someone say, “Please come visit with me, I have made a beautiful sukkah” This is an appointed time to reconnect to the basic and beautiful things in life. Who has God put in your life? Who is He highlighting to you and whom is He giving you to invest your time in?

We encourage you from Jerusalem as you move into this holiday. Ask God who He wants you to reconnect with. Who would He have you invest your time in. Make it precious and enjoy the people that God has put in your life. May your communion be blessed and prosper you!

Many Blessings,

Daniel and Amber Pierce

RISE AS ONE Bring in the New Year with us!!

Join us via webcast for this powerful gathering in Jerusalem in front of the Temple Mount.  This was a historic day.  One of the last patriots of Israel (Shimon Peres) was laid to rest.  We honored him and prayed that wise sons and daughters would be raised up and answer the call of God.  There were many challenges in gathering on this day but in the end the people of God had the victory.  77 private jet along with air force one landed on this day and half of the roads were closed.

You’ll even hear a friend share a testimony about a bomb being on the bus that they were on as they were in route to the RISE AS ONE worship gathering.  They were asked to get off the bus and the bomb was disabled and they were still able to join the gathering and give glory to God.   In this New Year there will be many challenges to maneuver through. You will be blessed and have the victory through the power of Jesus.

We bless you in this new year!

LET NO CURSE FROM THE PAST ALIGN ITSELF ON YOU!

LET NO CURSE FROM THE PAST ALIGN ITSELF ON YOU!

Through a set of circumstances God is showing me that many darts from the past are trying to make their target into your soul to set you back! The enemy knows who you are and he knows what God is trying to accomplish in you. The enemy is vigorously trying to set you back and cause your mind to spin on thoughts of the past. Things you have been delivered of, are trying to resurface. The enemy knows even how you were labeled as a child and would like to convince you that mistakes that you made or ways that you may have been falsely labeled is who you actually are. Be cautious not to allow the arrows to settle into your soul! There are many more plans of God for you!

I’m reminded of my mother-in-law, Pam’s favorite scripture. I believe that most of the Pierce family has been meditating on this passage for some time.

See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, for the days are evil. Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is. Ephesians 5:17-18.

Many of us get caught off guard when a tragic situation happens and we don’t always respond the way that we really wanted to. Some of us are better with always having the right word or reaction in a hard situation.

Scriptures that God is highlighting to me for all of us to meditate on:

  1. A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. Proverbs 15:1
  2. Whoever guards his mouth and tongue Keeps his soul from troubles. Proverbs 21:23
  3. This you know, my beloved brethren But everyone must be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger; for the anger of man does not achieve the righteousness of God. James 1:19-20

Lets all pray that we will be armed with a soft answer. Lets pray that by the grace of God we will guard our mouths and tongues. Let us press into the Holy Spirit that we will be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger. We are all walking in way of the Lord and working out our salvation with fear and trembling.

Even in the midst of chaos the time will be redeemed!

Many Blessings,

Amber Pierce

The Reality of Israel Today: Let Worship Arise!

Friday, May 20, 2016

Dear Friends of Israel:

Thank you for your continued prayer for Daniel and Amber and the work they are doing in Israel.  Their most recent RISE AS ONE Worship Gathering was amazing.  If you have not been able to watch the webcast replay, you will want to do so.  By reading below, you can also see the exciting news about how we are developing Glory of Zion in Israel!  This is a major step forward that will release blessing back to all of us.  Finally, please keep Amber’s family in your prayers.  The concern for her mother’s health is leading them to return to the States next Tuesday.

Blessings,

Chuck D. Pierce

Update on Jerusalem

Over the past month many things have happened very near to our home.  Four weeks ago, a bus exploded just one street over from our home.  Last week, two elderly women were stabbed just one street from our home and at the same location that we hosted our last worship event.  Then, a few days ago, another stabbing occurred on the same street as our children’s school.  God’s grace has been great in our area and no fear has come on us.  Please heighten your prayers for God’s people in Israel as we move into summer.

Establishing Glory of Zion – Israel

This month, much is being accomplished as we move into a new phase that will benefit Israel and all of you.  We are in the beginning stages of establishing Glory of Zion in Israel.  This week we had the pleasure of hosting 100 people in our home.   We are also enjoying visiting with several groups from around the world, and will continue to do so over the days to come.

Family Trip to America

Our family had originally planned a summer trip to the States at the end of July. My (Amber’s) mother has been battling Multiple Sclerosis for 28 years, and just become very ill. She is now in ICU with septic shock and heart failure.  Please pray for a miracle for her to recover quickly.  With this being a priority for our family, we will be flying to Texas early Tuesday morning and spending the summer there.

God spoke to me as so many things changed very quickly.  Remember that when everything seems to be falling apart, God is just reordering your steps.  Nothing takes Him by surprise.  I know that many of you are going through very sudden changes.  Doors are opening and closing very quickly.  However, always remember that something greater and beyond what we can ask or imagine is on the other side.

We invite you to follow our Facebook page for family photos and short updates.
